Yes IK Starcraft has it's own editor yet despite all the support Blizz has given it, I don't see it becoming popular or even being popular other than the fact it just continued some of Warcraft 3 custom maps. The Freaking custom maps which makes Warcraft 3 supreme to Starcraft. Now let's talk about what truly made Warcraft 3 the beast it is.

Still I don't see Starcraft getting a movie However I do know Starcraft lore is not counting more updates really while Warcraft's is constantly evolving despite WoW being trash in lore in comaprison to WC3. Now when it comes to lore I won't argue which one's better since I don't much about Starcraft lore. WC3 melee is mediocre at best but unfortunately is all that Blizzard has placed their attention on while focusing on destroying everything that was actually good about WC3. I 'll do it at my job, don't need WoW.Īs for Starcraft I will not argue that it is 10 times better if not more than WC3 when it comes to melee. If I'm gonna work and waste my time doing lame repetitive task. It sounds like Real life instead of an actual game. My guess is that a Warcraft 3 remake/Remaster is quite likely. Unless however they are making Warcraft 3 wildly different and adding new mechanics to make it differentiate from Starcraft which in that case that would be awesome.

Warcraft Remaster/remake or 4 will be a direct competition to Starcraft and in age of MTX and DLCs that seems like a stupid action to take since Warcraft will cannibalize on Starcraft's fanbase due to how small and decaying the Fans for RTS genre currently are. Total War War hammer series by creative assembly and Starcraft by Activision-Blizzard. However tho there are pretty much only 2 Profitable RTS's out there which the support for it guarantees the game's future. Nope the action was not profitable either.Īlso Why hire new people to work on Warcraft 3 now? That is the reason I did not buy this game but now after 15 years I'm finally gonna buy it'.
